Easy to Apply: Complete instructions inside. Read and understand all steps before use. For Best Results: For foot pain recovery, consistent uninterrupted daily use is essential; begin using FasciaDerm PF upon earliest sign of pain; product is only effective if applied with proper foot position; avoid high impact activities during recovery; for complete recovery, continue to use FasciaDerm PF after pain subsides; replace application if product gets wet; may experience initial pain relief in as few as 1-4 days; use for 14-21 days for best results; if you do not experience an improvement in pain level by day 4 or 5, tension on the sole strip may need to be increased. Support level (tension) is increased by angling foot downward during application. Adjust support level as required.
