Model 520. 5-3/4 x 8-1/4 in. May also be used as insert in Deluxe Wrap Models 530, 540 and 550. From the makers of Thermophore Automatic Moist Heat Packs. Reduce pain and swelling. Use for bruises, bumps, cuts, scrapes, swelling, muscle aches, sprains, headaches, toothaches, insect bites and more!

Keep ice it! pack stored in freezer so it's ready to use! Remove ice it! pack from the freezer and insert into Deluxe Wrap or lightweight towel. Soft gel insert will remain pliable and mold to the area of application. Position cold pack over affected area. Application of cold packs should not exceed 20 minutes at a time. Allow 20 minutes between applications. We recommend swollen areas (leg, arm, etc.) be elevated when applying cold therapy. Use cold packs during the first 48 hours of injury to reduce pain and swelling.
